Terms of use

Review draft: These terms will need a final trading-identity, consumer-rights and checkout review before any public launch. There is no payment in this local demo.

Nature of the service

This tool provides an automatically generated early-stage budgeting estimate based on details the customer enters. It does not deliver a building quote, survey, technical design, planning advice, structural certification or assurance of final project cost.

Accuracy and decisions

Users should verify measurements, specifications, VAT and professional fees with suitably qualified contractors and advisers. Do not use this estimate as the sole basis for financing or entering a building contract.

Digital delivery

Once a live purchase is implemented, the intention is to provide a one-off online result and downloadable PDF immediately after successful payment. The current local demonstration has no actual transaction.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights. The live checkout and any consent to immediate digital delivery will need to be reviewed against current UK consumer law before launch.
